The room I got was not cleaned well. I had to ask reception to have it cleaned again (it was a bit annoying). The staff did not empty the bins. This was basic cleaning, not the standard I expect.

poor soundproof weak water pressure
The breakfast buffet had excellent food, and the chefs paid great attention to the guests.
The LOCATION was, surprisingly, very noisy at night. I had trouble sleeping. The soundproofing was poor and let in a lot of noise from outside. the water pressure in the shower was VERY weak.

I appreciated the rooftop pool. It had comfortable sunbeds with all-day sun. The city views from the 25th floor were amazing. My room had comfortable beds and was clean. Its proximity to the BTS made getting around easy (a real plus for exploring).
The water pressure in the shower was weak.

My room was clean and fresh. The higher floor offered a nice city view (I enjoyed it every day). The location made many activities easy to do.
The reception staff seemed rude. Some facilities were not available including the pool. This discrepancy was not reflected in the price.

i had lunch at the buffet restaurant on the ground floor with colleagues last month it offered a wide variety of cuisines and the layout was well-designed the staff were courteous and arranged a large table for us they also served items at the table the head chef even brought fresh pizzas and vegetarian food for us. the food was good and the overall experience was worth the money i will definitely return and recommend it to others.
i had to wait a lot for lifts it was quite bothersome sometimes.

hotel cleanliness helpful staff quick refund pleasant experience
the cleanliness was noticeable immediately. every space, even the lobby, was super clean. the staff was helpful, especially at reception. melbourne was accommodating when i needed to leave earlier. he refunded the remaining nights quickly.
the reading lights on the headboard did not work.
